One More Reason Health Insurance reform is imperative
Posted on Tuesday, March 9th, 2010 at 4:41 pmToday I was told that the bone graft I need for my jaw to stop disintegrating is considered ‘cosmetic’.. you know, just something I feel like doing on a saturday afternoon.. get a massage, got to lunch, have a bone graft to save my jaw and teeth. Optional, so therefore, not covered.
$2000 out of pocket while my $1500 annual dental limit goes untouched. I hate the insurance industry, whose motto ‘We cover only the things you don’t need, only for people who aren’t sick’ rings across the land…
